As TT Touristic, we believe that our most important resource in providing quality service and "the holiday of their dreams" to our guests is our employees. Together with our new friends, with whom we have worked side by side since our establishment, we are striving to incorporate new behaviors and goals required by the changing country and world conditions into our corporate culture.
The Human Resources Department is obliged to carry out various activities in order to maintain internal communication, to make its employees feel the value it gives and to increase their loyalty within the company. In line with this purpose, we organize various meetings throughout the year in order to spread our vision to the entire company.
We also announce our employees' birthdays to other employees on the same day; We celebrate special days such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, International Women's Day, religious and national holidays, religious holidays and New Year with various activities and gifts. Meanwhile, not forgetting the families of our employees, we celebrate April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day with our children. We share important news and achievements about our company, corporate agreements made for the benefit of our employees and many other announcements with our employees through our system.
